The Cove
Much like the name implies, Deep Cove is a secluded neighborhood carved deep into the banks of the glacier born fjord, Indian Arm. A long winding road leads visitors down into "the cove," where a pleasant village, grassy fields, picnic spots, beaches and a marina offer up the perfect recipe for getaway fun.

The Scoop
The genuinely quaint and not touristy village is flanked with small restaurants and specialty shops, including the ever-popular cove bike shop. At the heart of the village, the Cultural Centre is home to the acclaimed Deep Cove Shaw Theatre, which stages several polished plays each year, as well as the Seymour Art Gallery.

Lots to Do
Secluded and sheltered, the bay is perfect for boating. The Deep Cove Canoe and Kayak Centre rents canoes and kayaks by the hour, encouraging visitors to take to the water and soak in the majestic views as they paddle up Indian Arm. The idyllic neighborhood is best experienced in the warmer, dryer months, but if you are seeking to capture the true essence of the wet West Coast, you're sure to find it in Deep Cove's fog and mist.
