The Copper Club, located in the Executive Plaza Hotel near the Foggy Dew Pub and Lougheed Mall, offers up the a classy dining and lounge experience. Frequented by hotel guests and business clientele from the area, the fine dining restaurant is spacious, while the lounge features a great wine list and cocktails for a more upscale drinking experience. Try their signature cocktail, the Copper Club Martini. Live entertainment on Fridays and Saturday evenings, brings a little more animation to the lounge, which is open until midnight on both evenings.

West Coast Menu
Keeping with the recent trend of regionally inspired cuisine, the Copper Club has a mainly West Coast Menu. Their signature dishes include orange-glazed wild BC salmon and short ribs. The restaurant also features weekly lunch and dinner specials, as well as brunch on the weekend. The Sunday brunches come highly recommended. The Copper Club is great for a business meeting over lunch or to celebrate more special occasions.
