Many dishes are made from the owner’s father’s recipes, and were influenced equally by foods he grew up with and by the fare of New York’s venerable Italian restaurants. Cipriano’s is famous for its pizza, and the bruschetta and garlic bread are also must-tries. The drink menu highlights Italian wines and liqueurs, including organic Chianti, Amarone, limoncello and amaretto – try the Sicilian Kiss cocktail.
