Tasty, Light Meals
Cinch serves modern fare with continental flare, starting with an impressive selection of “designer” pizzas. A house specialty, the Cinch Pizza is dressed with chicken, sun-dried tomato, basil, roasted onion, Portobello mushrooms, garlic and white sauce. A Smoked Salmon pizza comes with dill, capers, cream cheese and red onion. Bay Shrimp, Roasted Chicken and Vegetarian are among the other pizzas on offer. Cinch is known for its wide choice of paninis. The restaurant also serves a number of baguette sandwiches, as well as fresh soups and salads.
Reasonable Prices
If you’ve been splurging on new duds at Robson Street’s fashionable clothing stores, you’ll appreciate the reasonable prices at Cinch Cafe. It’s a casual place where you can see and be seen without paying A-list coin. On that note, be cautioned that from late spring to early autumn, when tourist traffic is high. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit.
