The Ciao Bella Restaurant offers as many as 120 different pasta combinations on the menu. From marinara to Alfredo and everything in between, there are more than 20 traditional Italian sauces to choose from. Healthy portions of seafood, chicken, veal and vegetarian dishes dot the menu as well, but the veal cannelloni and lasagne della mamma, made with four kinds of cheese, are the reason the dining room remains busy all day long and throughout the evening.
Patio and a Piano
A tight but comfortable patio facing Alberni Street is available for Al Fresco dining (when the weather cooperates). Inside, you’ll find a piano bar featuring live performances from some of the best local talent around, Thursday through Saturday nights. For those that know no Italian meal is ever complete without a great wine, Ciao Bella’s wine list has a reputation for containing a few great bargains.
The Real Deal
If you are looking for the authentic Italian food experience, Ciao Bella delivers with a four-course dinner put together with the kitchen’s best Italian dishes. With its consistent quality, impeccable service and pride in the traditions of the old country, you won’t find a more authentic Italian restaurant in Vancouver’s West End. Ciao Bella Restaurant and Piano Bar promises great Italian food in an intimate setting, and it keeps its word.
