Cozy atmosphere
Set on the busy corner of Kingsway and Clark, Cedar Cottage Coffee House is an oasis of calm. This friendly café has become a meeting place for locals, whether they wander in on their own or with their entire family. The light-filled space houses a cluster of tables as well as a pair of cushy chairs on either side of the fireplace. Stools allow customers to perch at a window and observe the action on Kingsway. Also, weather permitting, customers can seat themselves in the row of sunny outdoor chairs.

Classic coffee destination
The baristas at Cedar Cottage Coffee House take pride in serving ethically sourced and locally roasted Moja coffee. Lattes and cappuccinos are served up with heaps of milky foam. Choosing a snack to go along with your beverage may be a challenge. Children will have a hard time deciding between the kid-sized ginger cookies, the brightly iced sugar cookies, or the simple and sweet shortbread rounds – all made on site. Those who need a larger hit of sweetness can choose an icing-smothered cinnamon bun, a generous slice of carrot cake, or a huge but healthy muffin.

Savoury favourites and more
Cedar Cottage Coffee House is a popular lunch destination. The huge paninis make a substantial meal. Those with a smaller appetite can choose from spanikopita, wraps, sausage rolls or the hearty soups made on site. The owners, who also operate the Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood Pub next door, are committed to serving their growing neighbourhood. They plan to expand their already substantial selection of home-baked items and become a source for high quality food products.
