Carmelo’s daily specials menu makes dining out always a culinary adventure. You never know what the chef will whip up that day depending on what is in season. On the appetizer menu, discover tender slices of seasoned beef tenderloin and calamari drizzled with spicy tomato sauce. For some of the best baked mussels around you’ve come to the right place. This gem’s mussels taste divine thanks to savoury butter, chunks of garlic and loads of paprika and parmesan cheese. A visit to Carmelo’s wouldn’t be complete without sharing an authentic wood burning pizza topped with gourmet ingredients. Homemade pastas drizzled with delicately prepared sauces take centre stage here. A must try is the pasta topped with chunks of fresh pan seared salmon and drizzled with delectable pesto cream sauce. Carnivorous diners are also in luck here thanks to a small but selective selection of meat delicacies cooked to perfection. Tender rack of lamb served with a mint demi glaze is out of this world. Same with the beef tenderloins smothered in peppercorn and cognac. A handful of veal dishes topped with goat cheese, artichokes, and wild mushrooms complete a fantastic menu.
