Setting the Tune
Every night except Mondays, listen to live musicians play their hearts out starting at 8:30 p.m. in Cardero’s adjoining pub. While overlooking the waterfront at the activity along the harbour, groove to the sultry tunes of the featured artist as they compliment your lunch or dinner. Dark wood furnishings surround the room and a fireplace keeps busy with its flickering light and warm ambiance. Benefit from the large windows, high ceilings and open concept for an airy feel, as diners can sit inside looking out towards the water, or out on the spacious patio that is a favourite with both locals and visitors alike.

West Coast Style
The cuisine offers more than its share of fresh produce and local features. Fusing Northwest bounty and Eurasian cooking techniques, the menu, as the motto goes, includes “Fish, Chops and a Wok.” Both lunch and dinner menus contain an abundance of fish dishes and choices of various Woks that you can order for one. But the choices don’t stop there: if you want something a little bit more standard, or have kids who want their favourite meal, the menu also includes pizza, pasta and burgers. The trouble is saving room for dessert, and with Cardero’s choices, you must leave plenty of room to try one.
