Paddle, Slide, Skate, Shoot and Score
Burnaby's CG Brown Memorial Pool is one of Greater Vancouver's many indoor aquatic facilities. It is in the Burnaby Lake area, adjacent to the Bill Copeland Sports Complex, which includes two arenas that accommodate ice skating and other winter sports, and inline skating and lacrosse in spring and summer. Outdoors, there are tennis courts and fields for soccer, field hockey and rugby. And there is the lake itself and all the trails that surround it.

Swimming Programs
There are a number of different swimming programs that operate throughout the week. Time is set aside for lap swimming, public swimming, family swim and the loonie swim and aquafit classes. The tot pool is a small shallow pool reserved for adults with children under seven.

Additional Facilities
The centre has a full-sized pool, a water slide, a sauna, a leisure pool and a weight room. The pool lift and for-hire water wheelchair accommodate those with physical disabilities.
