Freshly Brewed
The only brew pub in Whistler, The Whistler Brewhouse serves a full menu of comfort food inside its mountain chalet-style dining room. From lagers to ales and creamy stouts, the Brewhouse uses only the finest ingredients to brew eight different beers right on the premises. Six full flavoured beers are on the taps all year-round, while two selections change with the seasons. The brewery on the second level is surrounded by glass, so patrons can watch the brewing process while sipping on their favourite.

Inviting Atmosphere, Wonderful Fare
The decor inside the restaurant delivers the full mountain chalet experience with wood posts and beams throughout. The extensive menu features a number of hearty Northwestern-style favourites and gourmet pizzas; however, the real signature treats, like the Brewhouse chicken and prime rib, come out of the wood fired rotisserie filled with birch, alder and cherry wood for that nice smoky flavour.

Unique Building, Unique Experience
Not only is the Brewhouse the only restaurant in Whistler brewing its own beer, but the building is actually the only free-standing structure in the Village itself. Groups are always welcome, as the 300-seat restaurant and attached 100-seat pub make the Brewhouse one of the largest eateries in the Village. The 125-seat patio is heated and open all year-round.
