All staff at Boditree are experienced, certified Pilates instructors and practitioners with training in rehabilitation for chronic pain and injury, sport-specific fine-tuning as well as corrective techniques for postural imbalances. Boditree also offers registered massage therapy, chiropractic, specialized kinesiology and cranial-sacral therapy plus a private infrared sauna and shower room. Workouts run from 60 to 90 minutes in a non-competitive environment where clients are free to work at their own pace.
A Solid Start
Clients start with four private or group sessions, with each participant working on an individualized program. To ensure maximum benefit, Pilates programs are progressive, and new exercises are introduced every 12-16 weeks. Babies up to three months of age are welcome to be with their mothers during private sessions.
A Learning Environment
Boditree also offers a comprehensive 6-month Instructor Training Program in the Pilates Method of Physical Conditioning and functional anatomy, giving you the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to inspire others in the same manner you were. Classes are held over 13 Sundays and are complemented with 10 Friday apprenticeship sessions. Participants are required to engage in three group workouts and at least six hours of observation per week.
State of the Art
Boditree is a fully equipped facility with state-of-the-art equipment, including eight reformers, two Cadillacs/trap tables, four spine corrector barrels, three Wunda chairs, one high barrel, baby arcs, magic circles, high-density two-inch thick floor mats and plus two pedi-pull stations.
