The Scene
A popular weekend spot, the line up starts fairly early (usually by nine or ten o'clock). By Vancouver standards, the Blarney Stone is the perfect place to bring a large group because of the long wooden tables and benches that encourage conversation and offer group seating. With a bar both upstairs and down, the lineups are short and the service is friendly.

Frosh
Largely crowded with university and college students, this makes the atmosphere as well as the dress code, very casual and relaxed.

Put Your Jigging Shoes On
The live music is what really gets things going. Irish party music mixed with classic rock n' roll lures everyone on to the dance floor. It's small, so watch out for your toes or they will get trampled on. Keep the old Irish proverb in mind: May the road not rise up to meet you at the end of the night
