The South Granville area has been rejuvenated in recent years by the influx of fashionable shops and the refurbishment of the Stanley Theatre. One of the old favourites in the neighbourhood, Bizou has grown and developed with the area into a great choice for a quiet dinner after shopping or before the theatre. The dishes here are a mix of International cuisine, with a West Coast feel.
The Choices
Drawing on Mediterranean, Asian and West Coast influences, the menu at Bizou is an eclectic fusion of original tastes and unique combinations. Simple classics such as Ginger-Soy Salmon with Steamed Noodles and New York Steak share the menu with Chicken Breast stuffed with Asiago and Sundried Tomato and Lemon Sage Sauce. Seafood is prepared to particularly high standards. If you like Desserts, the crème brule seems to be a winner.
