Bikram Yoga
No matter what your level of fitness – beginner to ultra advanced – Bikram Yoga will offer you a host of benefits. Each 90 minute session, practiced in a room which is heated to 40 degrees, consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The extreme heat allows for maximum flexibility, a flushing of all toxins and a great sweaty workout. Remember, to participate in a class, a towel and a big bottle of water is mandatory!
The Studio
Bikram Yoga Tri-Cities is a large, state of the art, fully equipped Bikram studio which offers a simultaneous escape from the bustling life outside its doors and a great space in which to stretch your own potential. The carpeted studio space is tucked away in a high-ceilinged, mirrored area far from traffic, noise and street life. Experienced instructors teach 10 classes a day which start anywhere from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. After class, spacious change rooms complete with showers, mirrors and a filtered water system provide students with a space to clean up and re-hydrate.

From the 10 and 20-class punch cards with no expiry date, to the yearly membership (which breaks down to $6.00 per Bikram class if used regularly!) -- the studio offers an option for every kind of Bikram lover. For those who don’t own or bring their own mats or towels, Bikram Yoga Tri-Cities rents them out for a small fee.
