Beklens restaurant is a staple of Cordova Bay, serving dinner and Sunday brunch in a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant resembles a large sprawling home complete with exterior paneling. Choose from four unique spaces for seating including the mezzanine and the heated patio. Every night the restaurant offers a dinner special. Tuesday is ribs night, Wednesday is burger night, Thursday is fish and chips night and Friday, Saturday and Sunday are all prime rib nights.
Start Off Right
Get your daily dose of veggies with the Beklens House Salad, made with mixed greens, romaine, red peppers, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots. Feel like trying something different? Try the Fruity Pecan Salad, with spinach as well as red peppers, red onions, apples, strawberries and, of course, pecans, all tossed with raspberry vinaigrette. For an appetizer, the prawn cocktail or the wild mushroom brushcetta are both popular.
Leave Full and Satisfied
If you still have room for the main course, there is a nice selection of steak and rib dishes. If you can’t decide which one to get, or for those with a larger appetite, Beklins offers a combo of both. If you crave pasta, there is the Seafood Tagliatelle, a combination of prawns and crab meat with red and yellow bell peppers tossed in a pesto cream. On Sunday, come in for brunch between 11am – 2pm. If you are a Benedict fan, choose from a ham, spinach or the carbonara (bacon and a mushroom and onion cream sauce). There are also omelettes with fresh vegetables, ham and cheese or spicy chorizo sausage.
