“The Beach” br> Beach or Bust – also known as “The Beach” - is one of Whistler’s best-known swim attire stores. The company actually began in Vancouver, with a store on Granville Island. However, now they find their niche amongst Whistler’s ski and snowboard stores, due to the numerous hot tubs and swimming pools operating throughout the winter, and the plethora of lakes in the summertime. Beach or Bust also offers tanning services for those who would like to brighten up their winter.

The Beach carries the top brands in the swimming world: Roxy, Sea Folley, Billabong, O’Neill, Rip Curl and more. You’ll find everything from the skimpiest bikini to the more athletic one-piece. The racks are lined with other clothing items, such as board shorts, sundresses, hoodies and t-shirts. The store also sells a variety of accessories, including hats, flip flops, shades, swimming goggles, and jewelry. They have also introduced a home décor section.
