The Balfour was built in 1902. It is situated within large landscaped gardens. Its bed and breakfast rooms feature both full en-suite bathrooms and semi-private bathrooms. Many of the rooms interiors’ have hand painted ceilings and faux finishes on their walls. The Balfour’s goal is to retain the charm, character and heritage of this historic mansion in their Bed and Breakfast service.
