From towers of quality seafood to fresh fish, AAA beef, Kobe-style pork and free range chicken, the wonderful food at Araxi aims to please. Pastry chef Aaron Heath’s seasonal dessert menu also showcases local fruits and berries, his mastery of chocolate and baked goods.
Whistler Warmth
Inside, the Werner Forster designed dining room brings together terracotta floors and leather furnishings to create an atmosphere of warmth even in the heart of winter. You’ll also find a collection of precious antiques and original artwork throughout the space. Araxi has an 80-seat patio, seafood and oyster bar as well as a lounge furnished with high tables and comfortable leather stools. A private wine room for up to 18 people is also available.
