The Aerie is a 85-acre resort on which 22 guest rooms, seven suites and one villa (able to house 14) are housed within three unique and beautifully crafted buildings: The Aerie, The Residence, and Villa Cielo. This luxury Mediterranean-style resort offers plenty of space for you to wander about the spectacular gardens, meadows and forest. Inside, each suite features old world furnishings, fireplaces, Jacuzzis, and balconies that showcase the snow-capped mountains above and shoreline below. Indulge in the fine quality duvets and bathrobes for your comfort. For in-room convenience, enjoy a television, DVD player, CD/cassette player, telephones with voicemail and wireless Internet and a mini bar. There are also iPod-compatible MP3 radio alarm clocks. Every morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., you can savour a complimentary gourmet breakfast in the dining room.
Packages to suit any guest
The Aerie also offers a variety of featured seasonal packages with themes to interest any and all guests. Choose from mini-vacations such as the "Spa and Sanctuary", the "Culinary and Education", the "Celebration and Romance", the "Golf and Relaxation", the "Nature and Wildlife", the "Sea to Sky" and the "Fly like an Eagle". If you are getting married, The Aerie can provide a number of romantic ceremony settings on the property as well as a beautiful bouquet for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom. A wedding cake will also be served. Your reception can be an intimate gathering for up to 24 guests in the private dining room, or you may book the whole resort for up to 100 guests to stay and enjoy your special day. If you prefer something more private, The Aerie has an elopement package that includes all the planning and preparation for your special event.
Dine then spa-it
In the restaurant at the Aerie, executive chef Christophe Letards builds mouthwatering creations with ingredients from local farmers, shepherds, cheese makers, grape growers and fishermen. The menu is inspired by Pacific Northwest flavours and classic French cuisine. The menu also changes due the availability of local and seasonal ingredients. After refreshing your palate, refresh your body and mind at the spa and wellness centre. A variety of treatments are on offer, including body treatments, massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. Products used in treatments are of the highest quality, consisting of botanicals from the earth and minerals from the sea.
