Adriana’s offers authentic cooking and family recipes straight from La Paz, a small colonial city. The restaurant offers fresh ingredients, including dishes without MSG or preservatives. There are a variety of regular favorites as well as unique authentic dishes that is sure to satisfy any diner.
Start off with an order of nachos, topped with all your favorite ingredients or try something a little different such as Adriana's mexi-pastry, pastries filled with a mixture of smoked salmon and chipotle chilies or the vegetarian version with yams blended with chipotle and feta cheese. If you are a shrimp cocktail connoisseur, try Francis' shrimp ceviche, made with homemade salsa, jalapenos, cilantro and lime juice. A popular entrée is the enchiladas; ya vendimos todas, made with corn tortillas dipped in special sauce and stuffed with you choice of chicken, beef or roasted vegetables. For a unique traditional entrée, try the azteca pie, made with layers of corn tortillas with chicken, roasted vegetables, salsa picante, tomatillos and cheese topping.
Don’t forget to complete your dining experience with one of the homemade desserts such as the three milk cake soaked in brandy sauce or a banana roll up, a banana and fruit preserves rolled in a tortilla and served with chocolate, caramel, and ice cream. Adriana’s also carries a variety of wine as well as domestic and imported beer.
