A Memorable Event
Menu samples have been created for customers to choose from or base their requests on. These include platters, sandwiches, lunch bags, entrees, salads, breakfast specials, desserts, beverages, hors d’oeuvres and family meals. Food is always displayed on an assortment of ceramic platters and baskets and finished with garnishes of seasonal flowers, fresh herbs and fruit. Paper products are also included at no extra charge, if requested. Clients can have their requests tailored around their requirements, tastes and budgets, which Mina will consider with the outmost attention and care.
