Colourful hand made presents at reasonable prices from this non-profit store.
These uniquely-designed gifts are all beautifully sewn in colourful designs that range in style and colour and fit kitchen, nursery , outdoor and Xmas settings. No mass production here: all are hand made, many are one of a kind.

Kitchen gear includes aprons in various styles, tea cosies, hot water bottle covers, wine bottle carriers, and candles holders. Baby clothes include bibs, nighties, and blankets. Children's clothing ranges from ponchos, animal hats, mitts, slippers and vests, to aprons, pants and sunhats. Children love colourful accessories like nursery organizers, pyjama bags, knapsacks, pillows and shoe bags.

There are Christmas accessories such as candle wreaths, stockings, calendars, nativity scenes, Santas and dozens of kinds of snowmen. Also present is a diversity of Raggedy Anne dolls, doll tents, crayon totes, soft toys, and the all time favourite sock monkey. There are puppets for finger and hand, and dolls to populate the entire Lower Mainland.

Felt Stories
They stock over a hundred flannelgraphs, or felt stories (felt cut outs that stick to a felt covered board). Each set includes a typewritten story sheet, such as the timeless adventures of The Three Billy Goats Gruff, Elmer the Patchwork Elephant, The House That Jack Built, Jack and the Beanstalk, and over a hundred more old and new spellbinding stories.

Buying Opportunities
There are always opportunities for purchase at the annual pre-Christmas Circle Craft Fair at Canada Place in November. Alternatively, they hold Open House at the store, Nov 25-Dec 5th, when they decorate the workshop and volunteers prepare kits for members.

Since 1966 3H Craftworks Society has maintained a therapeutic handicraft program for adults with disabilities in Greater Vancouver.
