Every meal served at 21 Steps is made fresh from scratch the day you dine. Creative small plates like cheese and ale spread and tiny bacon-wrapped filets are great for sharing. Mains include an excellent selection of hearty meat dishes: Indulge in half a roast chicken or a Sterling Silver New York steak. After a day on a mountain, you can refuel with a big bowl of pasta. Vegetarian and seafood dishes are also available. For a lighter meal, try the fresh, crisp salads or warm up with the daily soup. There’s a kids’ menu and little ones can even dine like grownups with mini-steaks. Ask your knowledgeable server for advice on a wine pairing to enhance your dining experience.

The Attic
Upstairs hosts an intimate and funky lounge. With low ceilings and about 50 seats, it always feels like a private party at The Attic. Large leather couches and flat-screen plasma TVs make it a great place to watch the game or the latest skiing and snowboarding flicks. At the horseshoe-shaped cedar and copper bar, enjoy a glass of B.C. wine or order a unique cocktail like the ice wine martini. If you get a little hungry after a few drinks, late-night nosh is available from 21 Steps’ full menu.
